Revised plans have now been submitted to North Yorkshire Council to extend the Danone / Harrogate Spring Water bottling plant onto Rotary Wood. The various documents can be found here.

Due to the large number and complexity of these documents we will make further comments once these have been reviewed.
However, you may wish to formally comment now with instructions as below.
It is important that even if commented before than you should still comment on these new proposals. Deadline for comments is 17th November.
We are now asking our members and supporters to comment on the variation for an increased extension to the Harrogate Spring Water plant. This can be done via the planning portal or via email as outlined below.

• If you have used Public Access before, you can login via the menu. If not, you will need to register your details first again via the menu.
• Click via “Search - Planning - Simple Search” page type in the application number: 20/01539/REMMAJ and click search.
• Click “Make a Comment” at the top then select “Member of the Public” in Commenter type, add your text into the comments box and click submit.
